Storekeeper

Role: Storekeeper  

We are currently recruiting a full time Storekeeper. The successful applicant will report to the Materials Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Handle tools and spare parts receiving, registration, checking, storing, issuing, and ensuring correct accounting of all stock exchanges
  • Put-away materials in store (after goods receiving or not used materials)
  • Support urgent material deliveries to hangar
  • Support general warehouse work and optimization
  • Responsible for correct material bookings in ALKYM
  • Perform physical inventory checks

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in aviation industry required
  • High flexibility and good team player
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Ability to highly organize and prioritise work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English language both written and oral
  • Excellent Computer Skills, MS Office, Microsoft 365, Internet and Outlook

Experienced Aircraft Mechanics

Role: Experienced Aircraft Mechanic  

We are currently recruiting Experienced Aircraft Mechanics. The successful applicant will report to the Line and/or Base Maintenance Manager and will assist in planning, organizing and carrying out aircraft maintenance in line with airplane maintenance schedule following EASA Part-145 regulations

Responsibilities

  • To support the maintenance activities of an aircraft.
  • To assist in performing troubleshooting, inspections, routine and non-routine maintenance on aircrafts in accordance with applicable technical data, customer maintenance program requirements, within estimated or budgeted hours.
  • To assist in completing and attaching parts tags to removed repairable, serviceable, or condemned parts.

Necessary Requirements

  • Relevant experience of at least 5 years as an aircraft mechanic.
  • Experience in heavy maintenance will be considered as an additional advantage.
  • Experience on: Airbus A318/A319/A320/A321 (CFM56 & IAE V2500).
  • Ability to highly organize and prioritise work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English language both written and oral.
  • Excellent Computer Skills, MS Office, Microsoft 365, Internet and Outlook.

Aircraft Maintenance Engineer B1

Role: EASA Part – 66 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer B1

The successful applicant will report to the Line and/or Base Maintenance Manager and will be responsible to plan, organize and carry out aircraft maintenance in line with airplane maintenance schedule following EASA Part-145 regulations.

Responsibilities

  • To carry out any maintenance to ensure that the aircraft is fit for the intended flight. He issues CRS for line maintenance of aircraft structure, power plant, mechanical, electrical systems as defined on the holder privileges of EASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance License and under EASA Part 145 regulations.
  • To perform troubleshooting, defect rectifications, inspections, routine and non-routine maintenance on aircrafts in accordance with applicable technical data, customer maintenance program requirements, within estimated or budgeted hours.
  • To ensure that all company’s maintenance policies and schedules are complied with EASA Part-145 regulations.
  • To ensure the efficient use of materials and other resources associated with aircraft maintenance.

Necessary Requirements

  • The successful candidate will bea holder of a valid EASA Part -66 license.
  • Aircraft Rating: Airbus A318/A319/A320/A321 (CFM56 & IAE V2500).
  • Relevant experience of at least 5 years as a CRS staff.
  • Ability to highly organize and prioritise work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English language both written and oral.
  • Excellent Computer Skills, MS Office, Microsoft 365, Internet and Outlook.

Technical Records & Maintenance Planning Officer

Role: Technical Records & Maintenance Planning Officer    

The successful candidate will report to the Technical Records & Maintenance Planning Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible to issue and store work orders for any kind of maintenance task, planned to be carried out on aircraft in accordance with Bird Aviation policies.

Responsibilities

  • Updating/preparing complied AD, SB, and EO Monthly Status Reports carried out on Aircrafts/Engines/ Propellers
  • Airworthiness review of all work cards and revert to maintenance any discrepancies
  • Review and File Aircraft work packages (light and heavy checks, out of phase items, and modifications)
  • Assist on maintenance due report/ forecast alongside with Maintenance Planning Section
  • Prepare/ Consolidate/ Validate Technical Documents for Audits by QA, GCAA and other audit bodies
  • Prepare the Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC) package for review and Approval
  • Compiling technical reports and record packages

 

Necessary Requirements

  • Min 5 years` experienced in Technical records/library or planning
  • Understanding of aircraft EASA Regulatory Records & Maintenance Planning requirements
  • Relevant aircraft technical courses and EASA regulations
  • High flexibility and good team player
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Ability to highly organize and prioritise work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English languages both written and oral.
